Two Structures
This dust collector is composed of five parts: the upper, middle and lower box ash discharge device and the injection ash cleaning system. The upper box body includes a liftable top cover and an air outlet. There is a flower plate filter bag assembly in the middle box. The lower box has a ash hopper, air inlet and access door. The ash discharge device is a rotary discharge valve. The injection soot cleaning system consists of a pulse controller, an electromagnetic air valve, an injection pipe and an air bag.
Working Principle
Principle of Filtration: Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust-containing gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector, passes through the air flow homogenizing device, and then flows downward into the ash hopper. Due to the slowed down flow rate, coupled with the inertia and the self-weight of the dust, the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by the inertia and fall directly into the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag and the dust is left on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag opening and is then discharged from the air outlet.
Principle of dust cleaning As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate and the resistance continues to rise. When the resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. When cleaning, the compressed air passes through each pulse valve in sequence in a very short time, and is sprayed to the filter bag through the blow nozzle, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate, and adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag under the action of the reverse air flow. The dust is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper.
Dust collection The dust trapped by the filter bag and dust cleaning device falls into the ash hopper, and then is discharged from the ash hopper mouth.
