The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring for good sealing performance, firmness and reliability. The polygonal shape of the filter bag keel reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag and facilitates bag removal.
When changing bags using the upper bag pulling method, the skeleton is pulled out and the dirty bags are put into the ash hopper at the bottom of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the bag changing operating conditions.
The box body adopts air-tight design and has good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing material and has a low air leakage rate.
The inlet and outlet passages are compactly arranged and the air flow resistance is small.
The dust collector is equipped with a thermal insulation device to prevent condensation of flue gas at low temperatures.
